There are also a couple of tips that may get overlooked, like fixing the simple things. One of the things I've been hearing lately from potential sellers, relates to overpricing their homes because they have heard "the market in west Knoxville TN is not that bad."  There is a reason homes are selling in west Knoxville TN, and in many cases my number 1 tip is getting buyers interested.
