Just one of those days.....

We've all had 'em. One of those days where nothing goes really wrong but not exactly right either.

This morning I got up early to get ready to meet some buyers. I had all the houses arranged, showing times, maps, MLS sheets. When I checked my messages the buyer had left a message cancelling for today - oh well.

My new white top isn't a white as it was a few minutes ago. But what are you going to do?

My glasses broke this morning. Ever try to fix them when you can't see?

And to all of you who may have gotten my message about setting up a second showing for the house on 20th and Elizabeth. Please disregard. That was a message to one buyer, not the SEVERAL HUNDRED I sent it to! I can hear the blond jokes being e-mailed now - I deserve it!

I hope your day is going well, you have no cancelled appointments, no spots down your front and no mis sent messages.

Did you hear about the chicken that crossed the road? It was trying to prove to the armadillo it could be done!

Dena, hang in there. I just had one of those days, a showing canceled, a house we couldn't get into, and completely misrepresented property. Then you can't get a hold of the people you need. The next day is always better!

Dena, I love this...not the fact that your buyer cancelled, but the transparancy about you. I especially like the chicken joke! LOL

I get complimented about my honestly all the time, I don't think about it. Besides I can't juggle smoke and mirrors anyway :) Blog on !

It could have been worse, that picture of you picking your nose could have been attached and mail to the hundreds that received the email.

What are you gonna do but just go on to the next project ... or blog. Oh well, when did they reschedule? Soon I hope for both of you.

I have two sayings "It could always be worse" which I have said for years and "What must I do today to reach my goals?" That one I really like because if I keep moving forward--every day has some success.

I could say "here is to a better tomorrow" but the day isn't over and we can still do something to help us reach our goal today!

Hi Dena, Just got back from doing an " OPEN HOUSE " on Fort Myers Beach. Absolutely gorgeous day and had a nice turnout. Hope your New Year is the best ever !

Are there armadillos in Pueblo? They're everywhere here in the south; don't remember seeing 'em on my drive to T-dad...

Dena, this is what happens when you do not start off the first day of the week by attending your place of worship first, and then planning your appointments :)
