True story because it was my purchase! I keep getting invoices form my insurance company event though I prepaid a years premium at closing. Finally I called on the 23rd of May the main headquarters. No sir, we don't have your payment. We closed May 9th.
So a call was made to the title company who said it was a post closing problem. Later was told the premium was mailed out either May 18thor 21st to my local insurance agent. After many calls and emails my local agent let me know ,yes she got it and had mailed it out May 23rd.
I spoke with many other title companies who told me they mailed out their post closing bills one or two business days after closing.. This title company decided to take over 10 days and I really can not consider to close there again.
