Can You Help Us Find a Home to Fit Our Lifestyle?

Buyers searching for an affordable home, have many important factors to consider:

  • Their work commute, How quickly can you get to and from work?
  •  How much traffic will you encounter? Is access to public transportation an important feature?
  •   Access to shopping: How important is having easy access to a shopping center? What about grocery stores?
  •  Utilities: Is there access to cable or high-speed Internet?
  • Medical services:  Is distance to the nearest hospital important to you?
  • Parking: Do you want a garage? Is street parking available for guests?
  • Recreation: Do you need close proximity to parks, lakes, beaches or ski slopes to accommodate your hobbies and interests?

Finding the right neighborhood is just as important as finding the right house. Even when the ideal area is found, the buyers should visit the area at different hours and weekends as well, to get familiar with the traffic flow, and the activities that will be normal and common when they are living there.

Quality of life in a home and neighborhood is equally as important as the affordability of the home.

When you are ready to purchase a home, I look forward to the opportunity to discuss all of your needs and ensure you have a house that suits your lifestyle and interests.

Ed, this a great list of questions to answer for any buyer of a home today. Often buyers begin looking at pictures of homes online without really thinking about what is also important.

Ed, it's funny how sometimes you really have to pull information about preferences out of people!  I may start using a questionnaire.

Ed, there are so many things to consider when moving to a new neighborhood.  High speed internet was a requirement of a past client...after moving in it turns out high speed internet is no longer available...try as we might sometimes it doesn't always work out.

Emily, I like to ask a lot of questions at the beginning just so I can get a feel for what a client might really want in a home.

Laura, thank you and thanks for stopping

Pat, the questions should be second nature and hopefully they know what they want as well.

Nick, that is tough when the service is discontinued after they buy.

William, thank you and to you as well.
