Erica Ramus started Schuylkill Executives, LLC in 2007, operating under the franchise of REALTY EXECUTIVES. In 2012 the firm adopted a new logo and trade name: RAMUS REALTY GROUP. Going independent (as opposed to franchise) capitalizes on Ramus' well known name in the community, which is the major source of our firm's business. Also in 2012 our firm joined forces with Alan W.
