Rose Court -- Such A Convenient Pasadena Location
Originally built in 1972 and converted to condominiums in 1994, Rose Court is a 74 unit complex and just a short stroll to nearly all things Pasadena. Go east from Rose Court and find shops, dining and maybe even your office on South Lake Avenue -- and a few more blocks the California Institute of Technology(Caltech). Head north on Madison Avenue and turn right on Green Street and you will pass Jacob Maarse’s iconic Pasadena flower shop which is just around the corner from the Pasadena Playhouse. Pasadena’s famous Colorado Boulevard has nearly every retail store from Target to Tiffany and dining from casual to uber-gourmet. Explore the side streets and find the Boston Court Theatre which is not far from the Ice House Comedy Store. Movies -- from bargain lover cinema at the Academy or wine-and-cheese at IPIC Gold Class Cinemas plus there’s always something interesting to see at The Laemmle Playhouse 7 or the ArcLight at Paseo Colorado.
Back to Rose Court -- you’ll find one and two bedroom condominiums with a central courtyard and pool. Parking is subterranean and there is a common laundry. One bedroom units are around 650 square feet and the two bedroom/two bath units are around 950 square feet.
