REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT <> LONE TREE CO 80124 

The residential real estate market in Lone Tree CO (zip code 80124) held steady in December, compared to the two previous months.

The sold prices ranged from a low of $177,100 to $900,000 in December. The average days on market crept up 34 days from just 2 months ago, however that is still a large change for better from a year ago December when the average days of the market was 172.95.
The average price was lower this December, but that could be contributed to a single higher priced home that sold in December 2006 (sold price of $2,425,000).

The market is holding fairly steady in the Lone Tree area. There were 15 new residential home sales, and 13 new home listings in Lone Tree, CO ranging from $220,000 (in Acres Green Neighborhood) to $1,599,000 in Heritage Estates.  There were total of 112 homes on the market in 80124 December 2007. 21 homes are currently under contract.

What this means to the sellers: Pricing your home right is one of the main factors in getting your home sold in the least amount of time and for the most amount of money.

What this means to the buyers: There are still many homes to choose from and the prices are good.
