I think I may have just found the laziest Realtor of the year and the year is not even half over yet. I’m just glad they actually stopped the car to take this photo.
Sometimes it’s not what I do that makes me Better Than Your Average Joe, it’s what my competitors don’t do. It's a good life.

I am still amazed at how many agents still do this. When I searched for all listings without photos here in the Napa Valley, there were 10 of 482. It is actually a better percentage than I thought it would be. cheers cvc

Joe, I am still laughing! Joyce is right. If the mirror had not been in the photo we would not have known that this was a "click and drive" photo. I hope the Sellers have seen the photo!
