Sunny Isles Beach is amazing city on the Atlantic Ocean. We have a lot of luxury condominiums on the beach.
11 condos are for sale by bank in Sunny Isles Beach. 6 of them are on the ocean side - La Perla, Sands Pointe, Trump International Condo-hotel, Oceania Two - great condos on the beach with lusury amenities. Won't last long.
Sunny Isles Beach is midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to business centers, entertainment, sports and recreational facilities, and tourist attractions.
Sunny Isles Beach condos are rapidly changing the face of the city by bringing in a larger tax base for the city to improve existing infrastructure such as parks, schools, shopping and restaurants to name a few.

Sunny Isles Beach - not big city, we have over 18000 condos and only 11 condos are offered for sale by bank .
From 11 - few on the beach side. Two condos are offered for sale by bank in La Perla. One bedroom and Two bedroom with a den. I am sure, the offers will be higher than asking price.
