One of the most interesting things in real estate is the spider web of relationships that play a part in selling a home.  The Sellers each have their own unique sets of friends and relatives and coworkers, the Purchasers have another set and the Realtors have yet another.  But, communication is the key for any of these groups to overlap enough to connect the Purchasers to the best property for them.  Yes, we have MLS services and, certainly we have lots of Realtors, but the special wants and needs aren't always met by the shortcut search criteria that listings become when they are reduced to price and size in black and white.  Word of Mouth is still one of the best ways to serve clients and customers!
