Condition? Cured by discounting the price from market based on condition.
Location? Cured by discounting the price from market based on location.
Everything is cured by price.

Hi Brenda....Lenn beat me to it.... price it right and it will sell.... doesn't matter where it is or what it is... price it to sell for that entity and in that location....
Hi Barbara- :)! Ok, but my post had to be longer than Price lol :)! However, I have seen homes that were priced right, but were located next to new construction so it took longer to sell. Price will fix all of that, but sometimes it is a combination of all of those :)!

Hi Brenda, nothing much to add to the comments posted already, except in my experience most seller's just want to believe that there home for whatever reason is more than what the market will bear.
Brenda those are all good reasons. The three at the top of the list for me would be price, condition, and location in that order.
Hi Kathy-There are many sellers who think, (for whatever reason), there home is somehow worth more than the rest.
