The number of active listings continues to climb and the number of reductions has zoomed upward this past week.

This past week saw the following transactions reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for Uxbridge:

    • 10 residential properties sold subject to conditions being met

Al and Peggy - In the last few weeks the closest % wise was in the Market Snapshot - Uxbridge, Ontario Week Ending Sunday March 25th 2012 118 active listings with 11price changes or just over 9% while this past weeks is just over 13% ..... it may be just another blip but worth watching to see if a trend is developing
