Let's Put 2007 behind us!!!

I hate to vent my problems with finances on here, but it helps relieve tension. I had a decent 2007, but not good enough to keep from losing my home. I still carry a positive attitude! First my better half is diagnosed with cancer, next the heat goes out in the unit and then the air goes out! What else can possibly go wrong I say? Bank calls once a week and says we are calling about this payment, this payment and this one. I say, well if I could pay you would not be foreclosing would you? I then tell them that health and family is more important at this time. One lady actually started crying and had to go. She was one of the few! We can thank those ARM's for all this mess.

Some days I wonder when I will get my break. Then I close my eyes and rember that I have my children and family.

Never let the fear of credit worry you!!!

I will bounce back!

I know I will!!!!

Too bad I can not get any help for my better half who has NO insurance!

Chris my heart goes out and I will send prayer up for you and family. Don't let anything take your joy. Remember God works things out for us all. We all have a cross to bare, but God promised he would not give you more than you can bare.

When you're down to nothing..... God is up to something. Stay blessed in 2008.

Chris, you are one of the most resilient and intrepid people I know!

You stare adversity in the face and you stand up in front of it. You have met ALL your responsibilities. In spite of everything going on in your life, you always have a smile on your face and a kind word. You don't every complain, and you are a very hard worker.

You are a dedicated father, a wonderful partner to Charlie, a good friend to many and a very dedicated Real Estate Agent. Charlie will have his last Chemo treatment soon and he will be entirely out of danger. You both BELIEVE, and you surround yourselves with others who do as well.
