I usually don't go crazy enough about American Idol to actually write a post about it. But that's because in past years my favorites got voted out some time after making it into the top 10.
But this year, one of those I chose as a favorite in the beginning actually won. I loved Phillip Phillips unique style, and his seeming humbleness. He didn't have the 'spark' and 'polish' of Jessica Sanchez, but he's someone whose album I will buy.
And I loved his song, 'Home'. I wanted to post the lyrics but I don't want to get into trouble. So I'll just post the video for those of you who missed it. This is the time he made it all the way through the song. He also sang it after he won, but broke down and couldn't finish.
The fact that the word, 'Home' is the title is the only justification for me to put this post on a real estate site, but I'll take it!
