LOL! Sounds like a scam artist looking for his/her prey.
Bernadette -- definitely appears to be a scam --- hopefully no one will respond to her request. Although I did want to correct her spelling.
It would have ended up in the trash at my office too. Although I cant help but secretly want to follow through and see exactly how the scam works. Im convinced I could reverse-scam them and teach them a lesson if I just knew more about this! lol!
Hi Teresa -- one of my clients is posting a series on facebook about his "adventures" and discussions with an overseas solicitor for funds to be transferred but with a big payout for him --- it's entertaining as long as no one gets harmed.

Michael my friend, I one the other day along the same lines. I reported and sent the E-Mail off to the FBI. Anytime I get one does kind of E-Mails, I do that.

Hi Dale -- if the email were of a more serious nature, I might follow up in the manner but I think(at least on the surface) this is simply an annoyance than a type of threat.
Michael - You've got to love the internet. You just never know what kind of invitation you'll get from here. Maybe next time it'll be the right type of lead!

Michael - It's been a while since I received an invite like that on AR.
Michael, I got the same invite in my inbox today! I deleted it. The first clue was the word sit.
Michelle -- the Active Rain spammers decided commenting wasn't enough and went to the email inbox.

LOL, I've gotten several similar ones. Do people actually respond to this stuff?
