Things just don’t measure up for this contractor!
As I was zipping through one of the big box home improvement stores, I can across something that caught my eye. I noticed that the tile spacers in the same box were different sizes. I’m not saying the package was put in the wrong box. The spacers had the same packaging but two different size spacers in each package.
Something just doesn’t measure up!
Oh boy - can you just imagine how cranky the contractor or homeowner will be if they failed to notice that and got back to the job with the wrong size spacers? Especially if it's some distance away.
For us, it would mean a 20 mile drive - and I know the words my husband would be using!
It sure doesn't, Tom. I hope the contractor using these would notice the obvious difference too!
Oh my...what a big difference. We tend to do thinner grout lines as it's more in style and easier to maintain.

Holy-quality-control-Batman! I mean Tom! That factory where those spacers cme from needs you to come over there and kick som A$$ take a look!
Tom, That make for some creative grout work does it not. I bet someone on the factory line got yelled at on that day.
I'm sure this is not something that happens all the time Peg, I just got lucky in seeing it. :)

Either the factory line supervisor didn't catch it either,
or It was an exceptable error and it was sent anyway.
