The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles.     It is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community.    It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer.      The Town of Parker is approximately 20 square miles.


Sales in the month of April slowed a bit and had an average 76 days on market.    The average sales price was $330,799 and sellers got 97.1% to list price.    For April, there were 141 total sales of single detached family homes.   


Sales under $200,000 - 10

Sales from $200,000 to $400,000 - 117

Sales from $500,000+ - 14


There were no sales over $1 million in Parker for the month of April.    Of the 141 sales, 18 were short sales and 13 were bank owned properties.

As of today, there are 421 active detached single family homes of which 10 are bank owned and 25 are short sales.    There are 359 showing under contract/pending.
