You'll also want to notice the graphs including the Mother Lode Residential Unit Sales through February 2012 graph versus the previous five years (clickable
picture 1 on above left) along with the Mother Lode Residential Volume Sales graph versus the previous five years (clickable picture 2 on the right) and the Mother Lode Residential Average Sales Price graph versus the previous five years (clickable picture 3 on the left below), respectively. (The data used comes from the Tuolumne Multiple Listing Service and is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.) As usual, I also have some of the numbers in black and white here:
UNIT SALES: Mar 2012 = 84; Mar 2011 = 70; +20%

UNIT SALES: Apr 2012 = 67; Apr 2011 = 63; +6%

VOLUME SALES: Mar 2012 = $15,617,756; Mar 2011 = $12,533,735; +25%

VOLUME SALES: Apr 2012 = $12,575,260; Apr 2011 = $11,409,500; +10%

AVERAGE SALES PRICE: Mar 2012 = $185,925; Mar 2011 = $179,053; +4%

AVERAGE SALES PRICE: Apr 2012 = $187,690; Apr 2011 = $181,103; +4%
