This meal takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes and it is delish! If you have leftovers from say a juicy chicken dinner at any time of the week, and you don't feel like cooking the next night, well..try this dish.

You will need:

8 Flour Tortillas

Shred 1 or 2 cups of chicken

2 cups shredded cheese (of your preference)

several chopped green onions

Combine put chicken inside the tortilla, with cheeses, onion (and corn if you like), fold tortilla and fry in skillet for just a few minutes on each side, till light golden brown and cheeses are melted. Serve with Sour Cream and Salsa on the side, and enjoy! It's as simple as that. Anyone can make this. It's easy for those evenings you go home tired from a long day, and not so messy for the kitchen!
