Relocating Denver Stapleton Neighborhood:

While much of the nation has been severely affected by the recession, Colorado and more specifically Denver have been able to resist the crisis. From the unemployment rate to foreclosures Denver has been able push through and expand its economy and community. With that many green and renewable energy companies are moving to Denver and in turn relocating many of their employees.

If you are looking at relocation to the Denver Metro area due to job movement or looking for a fresh start, there are many exciting options to choose from depending on your interests.  Two of the neighborhoods which are currently expanding with home sales and new construction are the Stapleton and Lowry neighborhoods.  While situated on the outskirts of Down Town Denver, both  offer excellent schools, parks, activities and access to major transit routes for the Denver Metro cities including Aurora, Westminster, Boulder and Highlands Ranch.

The Lowry and Stapleton neighborhoods are very community oriented with running/walking trails that wind through the housing developments with previously purchased homes for sale as well as new homes currently under construction.  Wherever you are looking to relocate there are a few things you can do to make things easy for you.

When relocating, it’s often best to make a prioritized list of what you’re looking for and run each neighborhood and house through that list. If a selection doesn’t match, then move on. If it meets what you’re looking for put it on a tentative list which you will compare against each the end. Also, if possible get pre-approved for a mortgage and put the approval amount on the list near the top. There is nothing worse than falling head over heels for a house that is not within your budget.  For more information on relocation to the Denver Metro Area, visit my website at www.MileHighRealtyServices.com
