Teri--This home is an awesome deal. As buyers become educated, they will learn that sellers are making deals to get homes sold! It is a great time to be a home buyer!

Marchel--It is a beautiful home in person on the exterior too but that is difficult to photograph. The interior has a ton to offer any buyer! Thanks for commenting!

Mana--I hope both of our open houses are successful. It is a great time for buyers to get out and see what they can buy--There are great opportunities all over!

Teri... I want some of that snow. And I agree, the home is beautiful. I like the family room, it looks cozy.

Jeff--It is melting very quickly in our January thaw. Our snow pack is down to a few inches from nearly a foot at the new year. The home is beautiful and very cozy...perfect for the first time buyer!
