Thole is the new word of the day.

OK on this one I’ll give you three guesses and you have already used one of them.  There are actually two different meanings and if you get one of them consider yourself a winner, winner you get a chicken dinner (if you buy) :~).  So you’ve used two only one left.  OK here goes the two meanings of (thol) is number 1 a pin or either of a pair of pins made of metal or wood and set vertically in the gunwale of a boat to serve as a fulcrum for an oar.  Number 2 is to suffer; endure; undergo.  So did you get one?

Hi James,

I had no clue. I used to have a boat too. LOL

Now as we go through life we have to endure every Thole thrown at us if we are to succeed.

Have a great day in the links.

Best, Clint McKie

I think a lot of us 'tholed' while the real estate market took a nosedive. Hopefully those days are behind us!

Got neither one!  Would not know a thole if it licked me.  Tholes lick, right?  Or is that a mole?  Whatever...
