This report is a simple tabulation of
Felida, Hazel Dell and Salmon Creek area homes
in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and:
Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical Month of
December, 2007.
This month has ninety-one (91) fewer homes in the Active category, and the average
days on the market has increased by eleven (11) days. For the listings that are agreeing to offers
the average time on the market is now about 124 days -- thirty (30) days
longer than last month.
For the first 11 months of 2007 the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price
for the Felida, Salmon Creek & Salmon Creek areas ranging from:
$291,300 to $341,200; and the Median Selling Price ranging from:
$270,000 to $312,000. The Clark County - wide Average Home
Selling Price is: $306,300; while the Median Selling Price is:
$262,300.
