Ok, so last night the site went down... Ah, I vaquely recalled something about integration with that marketing part they have been talking about... So, no big deal. 

This morning, I woke up and figure I better take a look... Oh boy.

Integrated Marketing on Marketleader - Exclusively to Temecula Real Estate


The new marketing section is great, wait, integrated marketing with your website? Yes, one of my pet peeves for a very long time. Now I have it all in one shot. 

Now, you can take your listings, select them (I'm not going to write a bit by bit tutorial, this is fairly straight forward) and you can select your postcard for just listed / sold... Etc. Right there. 

Oh, and they have the calendars too as well as sports schedules (someone is not reading AR). 

Yes, this is on Vision, provided by Marketleader, so far responsible for just shy of a Million closed THIS MONTH!

Ian, thank you - I have a notion that we spoke about this kind of stuff at a focus group back in 2006... at one of the events in Bellevue. 

I was on JL and HV and those were great tools - but Vision blows them out of the water, and now this - this brings more systems under one login, something I have dreamed about.

Now tell me how to tie my blogging to the conversion and we have a really great set.
