I recently read realty Blogging and it really opened my eyes to the potential of blogging. It breaks blogging down  in to 11 chapters ; all topics to do with real estate. It deals with SEO , direct communication, brand building, lead generation to my favorite -the Niches.

It really stress the importance of the blog as the tool of the future. I really think agents who don't pick this up as a sideline will really miss the boat - especially when the public expects It. I liked it because it stressed that you don't have to be a web site designer. You can make feature sheets for your individual properties and post them to your blog instead.

Unfortunately the book was researched and published just as Active Rain was in Infancy and there is no mention, but still well worth it.

I got mine on Amazon online.

Thanks for letting us know about that book Paul.  My hesitation in buying books like this is that information tends to get out-dated so fast.  When was it written?  Do you really feel most of the content is still current?  If so, maybe I'll grab a copy.  Thanks again.

MARG - Published in 2007, but as i mentioned most of the material  is  2006 and before. But still worth the read for the real estate  related content alone . It deals with stuff I never thought of before. I'd say yes.

Paul - I could't agree more. A blog and other social platforms will be how many people communicate going forward.

Thanks for the tip, Paul...

I've written the title down and will order it tomorrow. Looks like a very interesting book and will certainly be helpful.
