Today at my open house I took my camera to take some new photos of the home.  I then decided to do a short video to remind sellers how important the Brokers Open House is in the selling process.

Many times after attending an open house a agent will recommend property to client, sometimes before leaving the open house.

Agent  will also provide great feedback for listing agent and seller

After the open house a seller is more agreeable to a price reductione after reviewing the comments from the agents.

Jennifer, for some reason the video is not loading. I am a believer in having a Broker's Open House.  We have weekly tours sponsored by our MLS for Brokers. I thinking that you do as well.  I will check back for the video.

Jennifer I have heard Realtors say the same thing around here as well.  It seems that you can tell the Seller that they need to lower the price until you are blue in the face, and they will not budge.  But after they see the comments from other Realtors that attended the Broker Open all the sudden it makes sense.  Go figure.
