This is as much for you as for the sale of your home. Make sure that your home is not hindered by overgrown trees or bushes and check for broken stairs, railings, sidewalks, etc. Pay attention to your household electrical system and make sure that you have the proper amount of amps for your use. Do not use excessive extension cords and make any improvements or repairs to your electric system now. This is definitely not an area you want to delay.
