DS IDX IS an optional component of these sites. They're really a suite of bundled (optional) combinations that make these website/blogs easy, yet powerful and effective.  Take a second to check em out, you may find a need to try one out for a specific niche market, community, or neighborhood. 

Honestly... I've been working with Wordpress and blogging sites/platforms for many years now and have never seen anything quite like what we launched today.

It appears that my MLS is not available yet though.

So, I called my MLS and told them to get on the ball and partner up with Zillow on this.

Good evening Brad. I hope they are better at website design than giving accurate info on their site. I get beat down at least a couple times a week for Zillow listings that are outdated or sold. Agents really need a strong web presence these days. Any idea how Goggle likes these new pages?

Hey Randy - just explain to your "beat-downers" that there are 106,000,000 plus homes on Zillow and not all of them are for sale.  I think once you dive down deeper with those prospects, you can convert them to clients.  Remember that the syndicated listings on Zillow only represent a very small percentage of the homes consumers access on our site everyday. Even your home is on the site Randy, but that doesn't mean it's outdated just because it's sold. This is a common misunderstanding and exactly why I run Zillow Academy.  :-))

A wordpress platform that has SEO built in, no programming or technical skills needed, IDX and already setup for mobile...  the ultimate tool and service agents have been wanting and looking for since the inception of the web.
