Bobbie: Good reminder as this is an area that is easy to overlook.  It's a good idea to get on a schedule (weekly, monthly, etc.) with sending information to sellers so they see the activity and know what you are actively doing to sell their home.

Bobbie- it's good for buyers to get their info in a timely manner. I wonder if more sellers looked at their MLS listings, they would insist on better pictures of their home.
