Home sales in Highland Hills, a community in North Las Vegas, NV gained a little momentum in the 4th quarter of 2007. Six homes were sold, up from four in the 3rd quarter. Year-to-year results were down 40%, with 31 homes sold in 2007, compared to 52 homes in 2006.

Existing resale inventory is 24 homes (plus 2 with accepted offers) which represents a strong buyer's market iwith a one-year supply. Homes in Highland Hills offer good value per square foot relative to the Las Vegas valley.
