Working with your friends and family is something that many of us have a hard time doing.  We see our friends use other agents, we see our family members sell with someone else and forget about us.  Is it really due to your "friendship"?  Or maybe it was due to another reason.

This class will help you establish yourself as the agent of choice in the minds of the people you know.  Not just your friends and family, but how to be the number one choice with everyone you know.

The long term success of any agent can be directly tied to the amount of people that think of YOU when they think of buying and selling real estate.

Join us for another action packed, hour of learning!  Bob Stewart and I look forward to having you join in another free session from ActiveRain University.

See you in the Rain!

Chris, great webinar. Doing business with family does not need to be a killer. They can become some of your  best advocates.

Chris, well there is someone else who shares my birthday....

Let me see if I can attend - and yes, I do follow the 'system' from Brian Buffini and do understand the benefits of calling SOI for my business.

My step brother asked me to list his home.  He asked what percentage I charge.  I said 6%.  He asked me what the "family" rate was.  I said 7%.  :)
