When you write up that Offer on a Home there are lots of form you can attach to modify the offer. Post 9 will look at those forms.

Number 9 – Forms

When Purchasing a Home in California the standard purchase form can be modified in a number of ways (or you could even use a custom form) using addendums and forms. There is even a spot on the standard purchase forms to identify other forms attached to the contract.

Many of these forms address special conditions, like Short Sales, or Bank Owned Homes. There are forms you can fill out with any conditions or provisions you would like. The Real Estate Contract is very flexible. Your agent will work with you to get the offer down right.

So if there is some special requirement you have to have in the contract or some special conditions remember there is always a way to get the into the contract.
