This is is not a political post.  This is a real estate post. Short and  simple.

The people of the United States elect a new president every 4 years.

A new President of the United States brings a new administration, new ideas, new programs, new people.  Out with the old.  In with the new.

Most government employees, diplomats, judges, civil servants, ambassadors, staff people, cabinet members, lobbyists, policy makers, and their families choose to live in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. or suburban Maryland.

Many of those on the way out will choose to move from the D.C. area.  Those who hold the new positions will be looking for homes in Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland.

Northern VirginiaThe Presidential Election is good for real estate in Northern Virginia.  Many homes will be going on the market come November.  Many more people will be relocating to Northern Virginia and D.C.

Do you know who's going to win?
