Lots of folks want to know about short sales.. .this is a great series.. 2 questions -- do you have some sort of disclosure that informs folks they should seek legal and accouting advice (or that there could be consequeces such as getting a 1099 and having to pay taxes -- or that the lender may still go after the deficiency).. I have been looking for something like this ...
