Can You Guess the Top Buyer Repair Request?

By
Real Estate Agent with Results Realty

In a buyer's market, it is easier to get sellers to pay for repairs. However, the market is moving, and we are seeing more multiple offers. This means that sellers should do everything possible to avoid a laundry list of requests for repairs.  Inventory is much lower now and it's moving in the direction of a seller's market, but still not the seller's market we saw at the height of the bubble. What is the most common repair buyers request? Heating and cooling systems which need cleaned and tuned up.

heating and cooling systems serviceFor the month of June we are arranging for a special offer especially for our clients, past and present. Either a heating or cooling tune up for $45, less than half of what people typically pay inBentonCounty.

Between Stevan at Eco Home Comfort giving us a discount and us chipping in to help pay a portion for each client, this is a great deal to be taken advantage of, especially now that you know this is a top item which comes up after an inspection as an area which often needs attention in homes.
