Hello my fellow Pennsylvania and Lancaster historic real estate friends,
I have a client who has specific needs in mind for his new home.
I am in search of a historic, stone, converted tenant house, such as a converted summer kitchen, spring house, outbuilding, cottage, carriage home, etc.
It must be stone -- brick might be acceptable as well, but stone is preferred.
It must be from the 1700's or early 1800's (preferably 1700's).
It must be under 1,000 SF.
It must also be as original as possible (original windows, etc., would be perfect!)
Something like the historic home below on the left:

It must have a historically original fireplace, as such:

Preferably in Lancaster County, Chester County, Berks, Lebanon, York Counties, but might consider other PA Counties for the right historic property.
If you know of anyone with such a historic property for sale, please contact me.
If you own such a historic property and are considering selling it, please contact me.
If you know of anyone who would be willing to subdivide it such a property off of their current land, please contact me!
Thank you in advance for your help with my historic property request!

I have other buyers actively looking for historic homes as well. If you are the owner of a historic or vintage property (colonial, federal, victorian, farmhouse, etc) and are considering selling, please contact me directly at Jeannie@JeannieSellsLancaster.com or call 717-330-5137.

Hope you get some hits with this Jeannie, I'll put the word out with some people I know.
