Little Pink Pens....how we love thee!

 

Marketing is an art, not a science so when you stumble upon a winner you need to share with the world.

We rarely do give away items but several years ago my partner wanted to order coasters and pens to use at open houses, functions and party favors.  We choose a rather inexpensive PINK PEN....little did we know that those pens would become so famous in our social world!

We can track at least 3 sales and several leasing clients to those pens. 

One of our favorite eating joints in Austin Texas is the Waterloo Ice House on Burnet Rd.  The wait staff  anxiously await our arrival  to be given a wad of pens to use writing ticket orders. Those pens disappear into the pockets and purses of many customers.

And how we love those pens to disappear as they have our company name and phone number on them....and from those pens come $$$.

Okay I am officially over ruled on pens now.  Debbie has been telling me we need to give out pens.  Have pens available to everyone, she insist!  I've been fighting the battle but it looks like Pink Pens it is :)
