7 Comments on Long Beach-Lakewood-Signal Hill-Market Report-Home Sales-Condo Sales-Jan-Dec-2007

Would you consider those yearly figures as normal or off as my market is?

Hi Laurie,  Were any of these homes staged?  I wonder what the stats would be then?

Just a thought!

Diane,

Good questions!

Staging in Long Beach has pretty much been handled by the agents.  Professional staging has not been widely accepted here.  A while back I tried to find a local professional home stager to become a regular author on my highly ranked local blog to no avail.  Educating consumers is half the battle.

If you are interested please give me a call at your earliest convenience.

Laurie,

Thanks for posting this.  Do you have (or know where I can find) any maps that show all of these neighborhoods you mention here in Long Beach?

Also I am thinking of staging a home I have for sale in Long Beach and I'm curious about your comment of "not being accepted here."  Do you mean by the sellers as a means to help them or by the buyers?

Hi Mark,

Try this Trulia Heat Map

Long Beach underutilizes and underestimates staging.  Sellers don't understand the value a really good staging job can bring to the table.   With so much inventory on the market the buyers have vast choices and they are buying the best thier money will buy.  It pays to shine.

Stage away.

Mark,

I had to remove your comment.  I wouldn't advertise on your posts, please show the same respect here.  If you would like to replace your comment without the link and advertising it is welcome.
