I have had a great day today.  I was invited by my clients to see how they have arranged their new home.

They needed to sell the prior home quickly due to the fact that the husband had lost his job.  They would only be able to stay in their existing home for six more months.  Fortunately, we were able to sell their home in 5 months.

With lots of patience and understanding, they were able to find a home they could pay for in cash with a little left over.

We are not able to get all our clients to this storybook ending every time.  But when it does happen . . . it feels really good!
