The association's board members consist of its residents and managed by a company chosen by its residents. The association ensures that the common areas including landscaping, lighting, streets, sprinklers, etc. are all well maintained and in working order. In addition to the universal association, there are individual associations within each community. The association fees range between $70 - $120 monthly and the payment includes both the universal Monarch Lakes association and the specific subdivision's maintenance fees.
