Motivational Power Quote
Bad Habits Won’t Disappear By Them Self
“A bad habit never disappears miraculously;
it’s an undo-it yourself project.”
Abigail Van Buren, writer Dear Abby
As I see it . . . . . . .
Bad habits won’t disappear by them self
Bad habits are amazing they seem to want to cling to us and don’t won’t to go away.
To eliminate a bad habit becomes an undo-it yourself project. You and you along are the only one that can decide to remove the bad habit. You have to take the first step and make the commit to yourself to remove it.
You will have to be persistent in your effort and follow-through on removing the habit until you successfully removed the bad habit.
Bad habits are easy to acquire and takes determination and time to remove them.
Be determined to remove the bad habit and stick with it until you completely remove the habit from your life,
Bad habits won’t disappear by them self . . . . If you want them out of your life it will be up to you to remove them, one bad habit at a time.

Old habits die hard Lou, but working on them one at a time is the ticket.
Have a few undo-it yourself projects in process and so far so good! Enjoy your day!
Finding a reason to remove them is the first step . .and thee reason has to be bigger than your bad habit.
I quit smoking 18 years ago from one pack a day to cold turkey. .that was my gift to my new daughter being born and promising myself that she will never inhale my smoke.. .she graduated this year and still no cigarettes!
The quote is great and funny at the same time. How very true, bad habits won't just disappear by themselve, but won't at all if they are not identified and acknowledged.
Oh Dear Abby is always right, right ? there is a blast from the past...have a great weekend!
