John, sorry to hear about your loss, they are definitely very special friends, always there for you, never complaining, and no one is more excited to see you when you get home.
I have a 14 year old chocolate lab and every day I wonder how many days we will have left with Mocha, she thinks she is still apuppy, but her hearing is definitely going.

so sorry to hear it... I had two of my long time pets pass away last year and I still miss them daily. Sincerest condolences to you...
So sorry to hear of your loss John. Fond memories of Rico will keep him alive in your hearts forever.
Oh John, I am so sorry and feel your loss of a best friend. I lost 2 some years back and I still think and remember them with joy and tears. Beautiful pictures of Rico.
