Hey David,
Buyers pyschologically take on ownership as soon as they have the signed contract. Your post has good points for buyers and their agents to consider and keep the reality of the loan approval in mind. Best of success to you this year!
David,
Love it! I too inform my clients of how the process will go and what they might expect to have requested from them. To let them know they might be asked some redundant questions. I want to be there to help eliminate as much stress and confusion as possible. It can be done. But like you said, try to take the best application you can so that there are no hold ups during the process. I had a tag line of "I do what I say, and I return my phone calls"......I am sure you hear this as well, but I have so many clients that tell me that their last lender would not contact them, call them, email them or text them. Really????? How are you going to gain their trust and earn their respect without your integrity? If you say that you will keep them in the loop, but don't do any of the aforementioned, how are you doing that? Great post Bro! I hope you are well. Take Care,
B
