Wow a record 85 closed sales for the month of May 2012 on the island of Kauai. Only 10 of them were REOs or 11.76%. The market has picked up but because of Hawaii’s difficultforeclosure laws the REO percentage is going down. There currently are only 3 REO homes on Kauai on the market. (sorry the blog is a day late)
