Speechless Sundays: Orange Surprise!

This beautiful orange lily just popped open this morning in an old pot whose flowers had long ago died. I don't recall these lilies ever being there, so the seed must have migrated. Maybe it's a sign that something good is going to happen. A "windfall" perhaps? Darn, I didn't buy a lottery ticket!

John- one of my favorite things to do is look at my orchids to see if there are any buds coming out. I have never seen lily that color and all I can say is wow!!! What a nice surprise you had!
