Gregory, I just glanced at all of your waterfront sales posts. I'm guessing this is slow for you? Our waterfront listings on Lake Norman are also very slow compared to a year ago. It is interesting to see your prices differential for waterfront vs. water-oriented. Our waterview homes sell for about half the price of waterfront...yours is significantly more!
