Some condos may be available for less than a six months term, but in that case the tenant will be required to pay a 9% rooms and meals tax (collect by us) paid to the state of New Hampshire. This is a revenue administration tax code for terms of less than six months.

Steve at firs glance it did seem a little crazy to be renting a property for the Winter in the middle of the Summer, but looking at it again it makes sense.
