Renee, you sure did put in a lot of time finding out this valuable information for your your Las Vegas real estate market report. People looking to sell their home in Las Vegas should call Renee Burrows - she know the Las Vegas real estate market so well - just check out all of her great posts.
Renee - With all of the cash buyers in your area I am not surprised that a majority of buyers are not receiving any type of seller concessions.
Looks like the give aways to spur the contract are coming to an end in most transactions.

Renee, this is a good sign at least for sellers in your market. I like your graphics.
Renee - pretty charts, and the story is more of the same for Las Vegas, sellers are holding most of the cards right now, so buyer just have to take what they can get.
What a difference from here! Sellers are paying most if not all of buyer closing costs AND prepaid reserves, along with title insurance, survey AND the home warranty. And a cash buyer is a rare bird, too. Glad to hear your market is doing better!
