Start of the moving season – Renting in Benicia, California

Moving to Benicia - Delgado Property ManagementAs we've just recently observed Memorial Day and as the kids get out of school for the summer, the moving season has begun!  Whether it is for a new job, starting a new school or whatever reason, now marks the start of the “moving season” in which folks relocate prior to the autumn rains.

As your Benicia Property Management company with the largest selection of quality homes, we are the first and only stop for many.

Moving to Benicia - Delgado Property ManagementWhether you are a looking for a 1 bedroom condo or a 5 bedroom home, or anything in between, we likely have exactly what you are looking for.  So far this year, on any given day, we have had 15-20 available rentals. This is more than the rest of the Benicia Property Management companies combined!

Even with our large selection, we are still a family-owned, small local Benicia business that believes in customer service first.  In fact, it is our reputation for service that is the “secret” of our success and why our business is doing well. We have years of experience but we still treat every transaction with the eagerness of our first.

Moving to Benicia - Delgado Property ManagementSo, if you are part of the summer "moving season" and considering this area then you must seriously consider moving to Benicia.  Make sure that you stop by Delgado Property Management and we will offer you a cold drink and a comfortable chair as you consider your options when renting in Benicia, California.

We look forward to meeting you.

Things certainly are busy all over the country.  Amazing how many folks move this time of year.

15 units sounds like a lot of choices. In a given price range, we wouldn't have near that many. I guess the question is - where did all the houses go?

WOW!  I have only 20 propertis available between NOW and the first of September and 3 of those have leases out on them...my direct mail marketing to property owners AND my aggressive Craigslist advertising of my homes has PAID OFF!

Wallace, Our available inventory is/has been running about 95% NEW clients and only a very few due to move-outs. Our residents tend to stay put.

Mark,

Great offerings.  We are already half way through our main leasing season here in Georgia, it starts in April and goes through mid August.  A lot seems tied to schools.

It's been CRAZY so far, exhausting and insane for tenants.  Most of our current tenants are just staying.

All the best, Michelle

Mark when tenants start moving that is a sign of life coming back to the Real Estate Market, I remember in the not too distant past people were staying put. Glad you have inventory to choose from.
