6 Comments on Start of the moving season - Renting in Benicia, California
Things certainly are busy all over the country. Amazing how many folks move this time of year.
15 units sounds like a lot of choices. In a given price range, we wouldn't have near that many. I guess the question is - where did all the houses go?
WOW! I have only 20 propertis available between NOW and the first of September and 3 of those have leases out on them...my direct mail marketing to property owners AND my aggressive Craigslist advertising of my homes has PAID OFF!
Mark,
Great offerings. We are already half way through our main leasing season here in Georgia, it starts in April and goes through mid August. A lot seems tied to schools.
It's been CRAZY so far, exhausting and insane for tenants. Most of our current tenants are just staying.
All the best, Michelle
Mark when tenants start moving that is a sign of life coming back to the Real Estate Market, I remember in the not too distant past people were staying put. Glad you have inventory to choose from.
