Aloha -- this makes me remember my wonderful trip to maui many years ago.. I think I need to take another trip. Beautiful photos!
I love the way your "real camera" and YOU caught the wind moving through the palms so gracefully. Beautiful way to show us your favorite island!
Thanks for the nice comments! It was a little windy there. I promise to post more pics from this day as i took plenty!
Are those tree swaying or just bent?
Laura, They are bent but they sway a little too.
Gorgeous shots, as always. I especially love the second and the way you framed the beach by the trees. I have to stop by your blog regularly just to make myself jealous. I think I've told you before that my sister lives in Kahana and my mom's visiting her at the moment, making me wish I were there all the more.

What I want to know is what type of camera is that REAL camera? Beautiful photos, as always!
Gretchen - thanks for enjoying my blog and pictures of Maui from time to time. If you ever get back over this way please feel free to call me up!
Barb - the real camera is a compact Pentax Optio which I've had for years and it's probably way outdated, but I have always been pleased with the results. It's also waterproof which can be useful at times.
Hi Georgina,
Beautiful pictures and I love how the beautiful long and tall palms are swaying in the wind. My friend just got back from your area and she said it was wonderful and had a good time. You truly live in a paradise.
